Dennis Gurski, MS - Founder & President



Mr. Gurski has been a college instructor for the past five years teaching professional career development amongst other topics at a college in Silicon Valley, CA. He has an extensive background mentoring students of all calibers who have successfully gone on to finish school and serve at their perspective jobs. He has also spent time with high school students helping them decide on their future plans.

Prior to dedicating his time to teaching full-time, Mr. Gurski had volunteered his time at a leading non-profit organization counseling professionals who were in a career transition.

Mr. Gurski was the founder and CEO of a successful international medical company for 16 years and travelled extensively across the globe – particularly North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. He has a Master’s Degree with Honors from the prestigious New York University and is fully qualified as a Myers & Briggs and STRONG practitioner.


N P Jafari, MD - Chairman of the Board



Dr. Jafari is the President and CEO of Emma Concepts International, Inc., operator of one of the largest online health care venues (GluvSnap.com). Dr. Jafari firmly believes in openness of education and information for all and tirelessly spends his time on providing just such opportunities for people around the world.

He has also held multiple teaching positions, including lecturing at the California State University system in his field of medicine and is well-versed in guiding and assisting students to reach their future goals.

Aside from his medical degree, Dr. Jafari is currently a candidate for a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration. He also sits on two other boards for various entities in the Silicon Valley.


Phoebe Clark, MA, NCC, NCCC – Academic Advisor & Certified Career Counselor



Phoebe Clark, an experienced career counselor, coach, workshop leader and group facilitator, is a nationally certified career counselor. She has counseled students at JFK University in northern California; mid-life unemployed adults at Forty Plus; and re-entry women at the Turning Point Career Center. In her private career counseling practice, she specializes in workshops which help people get unstuck, eliminate self-sabotaging patterns, and make sustainable changes.

Phoebe has used the Strong Interest Inventory for many years to help people understand how what they are interested in relates to their work choice. She has seen how this assessment can give students and career-changers important insights on their career direction.

Phoebe is also a recognized expert in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator which she uses as a tool for effective understanding of self and others, communication, conflict resolution, stress management, transition planning, and personal and professional development.
